ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR TEACHERS ON EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS
COMPONENT OF SKILL COURSE’S
As envisaged in India’s National Education Policy, NEP-2020, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) aims to create the skill based ecosystem at the school level.
Employability skills have been included as a common core of curriculum across all vocational subjects from Grades IX to XII to
empower students for work and life. ‘Employability Skills’ specifically covers communication, self management, information and communication technology, entrepreneurial and green skills.
The employability skills are embedded in the Qualification Packs of the different job roles in various sectors under the National Skill Qualification Framework.
In order to create awareness about ‘Employability Skills’ and also for the capacity building of the teachers teaching all skill subjects in CBSE schools at Secondary and Senior Secondary level, the Board has planned to conduct the following programmes:

Teachers teaching skills courses in a CBSE affiliated school can register for attending the above-mentioned training programme using the above-mentioned link.
The invitation link for the webinar shall be emailed to the participants one day prior to the programme on the email id provided at the time of registration.
